Advice and Variations for Molten Heart Cake
If you want an even stronger taste, use dark chocolate with up to 80% cocoa content.
You can also add chili pepper to your mixture if you love spicy with sweet, or even cinnamon. For extra indulgence, decorate with whipped cream.
Regarding temperature, always stick to that of your oven; my times are indicative for mine. This will ensure that the inside of the cake remains beautifully creamy.
