Steps
After washing the zucchini, leave the skin on and slice them thinly with the mandoline.
In a large bowl, start seasoning them with salt, oregano, and lemon.
Chopped garlic and apple cider vinegar.
Fresh mint, parsley, and fresh hot chili pepper to taste.
Finish with extra virgin olive oil and freshly ground black pepper.
Mix all the ingredients well and let the seasoned zucchini rest for a couple of hours before serving.
