Ingredients
- 1.76 lbs calamari (frozen)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1.76 oz black olives
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- to taste salt
- A few sprays extra virgin olive oil
- to taste parsley

Steps
First, thaw the calamari in the fridge or by rinsing them under cold running water. Cut them into rings and place them in a glass bowl.
Add the pitted black olives and cherry tomatoes washed and cut into quarters.
Combine the breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and a few sprays of extra virgin olive oil. Mix with your hands to combine all the ingredients and place everything in the air fryer basket or tray.

Cook our Mediterranean air fryer calamari for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
