Ingredients
- 320 g casarecce
- 200 g stracciatella
- 400 g sausage
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 20 g pistachios
Steps
First, drop the pasta into salted boiling water and cook it for the time indicated on the package.
Brown the sausage with a drizzle of oil, deglaze with wine, and let it evaporate.
Add the stracciatella and mix, drain the pasta and stir everything well together.
Plate and serve! If you like, add more stracciatella and chopped pistachios.
