Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tbsps potato starch
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup rice oil
- 1 egg (medium)
- 1 cup milk (whole or semi-skimmed)
- to taste Nutella® (or creamy chocolates)

Preparation of Chocolate Dream Muffins
– Take the eggs out of the fridge at least an hour before starting. (in winter)
– On a sheet of aluminum foil, form little heaps of Nutella slightly larger than a walnut, and freeze them to firm up.
– In the bowl with the flour, sift the baking soda and baking powder.
– Add the sugar, sift the cocoa, and mix.
– Pour the liquids into the center; then egg, milk, and oil. Mix with a fork or spatula and add the chocolate chips, keeping some aside to decorate the surface.
– Pour part of the mixture into the muffin cups, add the frozen Nutella in the center, and cover with a bit more batter. Decorate with the reserved chocolate chips.
– Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes (static) or 340°F (ventilated)
Note: Do not grease the muffin cups
