Ingredients
- 8.8 oz heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3.5 oz powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 3.4 oz mint syrup
- 1 packet vanillin
- A few leaves mint (fresh)

Steps
In a bowl, sift the powdered sugar with the cornstarch and vanillin.
Gradually add the milk and the cream, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Once the cream has thickened, add the mint syrup and mix well to incorporate it evenly.
Our milk and mint cream is ready. Pour it into single-serving cups and cover them with plastic wrap.
Let it cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, decorate the cups with a few fresh mint leaves.
