Spoon Cake with Water. A simple and quick cake to prepare, perfect for breakfast and snack time.
The Spoon Cake with Water is a very simple dessert to prepare. The ingredients needed to prepare it are few and usually available at home: flour, eggs, sugar, seed oil, and water.
Once ready, if you like, you can add a bit of powdered sugar before serving. As I mentioned, it’s perfect for breakfast or snack time.
To make the Spoon Cake with Water even more delicious, before baking, I added small dollops of Nutella on the surface, but you can also omit it.
But let’s see right away how to prepare the Spoon Cake with Water.

How to Prepare the Spoon Cake with Water
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer or a hand whisk until you obtain a fluffy and frothy mixture.
Add the oil, water, and limoncello. Stir to combine the ingredients.
Add the flour and mix.
Add the baking powder and mix well, being careful not to create lumps.
Also add and incorporate the chopped chocolate.
Pour the obtained mixture into a previously greased and floured 9-inch bundt pan. My pan is not greased nor floured; if you want to take a look, you can find it in the tools.
With the help of a teaspoon, add small dollops of Nutella on the surface of the cake. Then bake in a preheated static oven at 355 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for about 30 minutes. Please check the baking time based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
This is the inside of the cake.
Enjoy your serving.
