Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
- 6 slices bacon
- 12 slices smoked provolone (thin)
- 1 egg yolk

Steps
First, preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with 6 cupcake liners.
Unroll the puff pastry and with the help of a pastry wheel, cut out 6 strips.
Lay a slice of bacon on each strip and two slices of smoked provolone as shown in the picture below.
At this point, roll each strip onto itself and place them in the liners. Brush the surface of our savory muffins with the beaten egg yolk and bake for 25/30 minutes.
