- 1 Tropea red onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 1/3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsps lemon juice

Recipe for the salad with smoked salmon
Start the preparation of the salad with smoked salmon by making the dressing.
Place the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice in a small jar.
Continue with the mustard and honey.
Finish with salt and black pepper.Close the jar tightly and shake vigorously for a few seconds to create a sort of emulsion.
Place the mixed greens in a bowl.
Clean the Tropea onion, slice it, and add it to the salad.
