- 2 oz farro (parboiled)
- 3.5 oz artichokes (cleaned fresh or frozen)
- Half fresh green onion
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
What you need

- 1 Jar 500 ml with thin seal
- 1 Small bowl
Procedure
Peel and slice the green onion, distribute it in the small bowl, and season with the oil. Sauté for 1 minute in the microwave on the highest power.
Meanwhile, thinly slice the artichokes, distribute them in the jar, and add the farro, broth, and sautéed green onion. Mix the ingredients well, then clean the edge of the jar and clasp it.
Place the jar in the microwave and start cooking for 5 minutes at reduced power, compared to the power given by the water test, I used 440 watts out of a tested 600 watts power. At the end of cooking, leave the jar closed for 20 minutes to complete the cooking and create a vacuum seal in the jar.
