The Bimby apple cake recipe is quick, easy, and super delicious. It’s the classic soft apple cake that everyone loves, and every time I make it, it hardly lasts, because after tasting one slice, you can’t help but cut another. Perfect for a good breakfast but also for a tasty snack.
Its scent is unmistakable, and every time I prepare it at home, it feels like a celebration! For a delicious and tasty apple cake, the quality of the apples is very important, after all, they are the key ingredient of the cake. My favorites are Golden Melinda because they are tasty, with a good sugar and acidity level. 😋
You can also make this recipe without the Bimby by using classic electric beaters, the result will still be wonderful! Let’s prepare it together.
