Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Venus rice
- 7 oz feta
- 3/4 cup corn
- 7 oz cherry tomatoes
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- A few leaves mint (optional)

Steps
First, rinse the Venus rice under running water, then cook it in plenty of salted water, following the package instructions. Once cooked, drain it and let it cool.
Meanwhile, wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Cube the feta and drain the corn.
In a large bowl, combine the Venus rice, feta, corn, and cherry tomatoes. Dress with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and gently mix to blend all the ingredients.
Our Venus rice salad with feta, corn, and cherry tomatoes is ready. We can enjoy it immediately or store it in the fridge and serve it later.
