The crispy apple pie with phyllo dough is an amazing dessert! Easy and quick recipe, an apple dessert that has nothing to envy to the classic apple pie or the invisible apple pie. In my version, I prepare the filling by cooking the apples in a pan, along with sugar and jam, but it is also possible not to cook the apples, just mix them with the base and the rest of the ingredients, then cook everything together, saving precious time.
