Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3.5 oz 70% dark chocolate
Steps
If you don’t have the condensed milk ready, prepare it in advance and let it cool completely, preferably the day before. condensed milk recipe
With the Thermomix bowl and cream well chilled, insert the butterfly whisk into the bowl.
Whip the cream at speed 4 for about 1 minute.Once the cream is whipped, add the cold condensed milk and mix at speed 4 until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a container, close it, and place it in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solidified.
In the clean and dry bowl, place the dark chocolate pieces and chop for 40 seconds at speed 10.
Take the ice cream out of the freezer and cut it into pieces.
Chop it for 20 seconds at speed 6.Add the chopped dark chocolate and churn for 10 seconds at speed 4.
Return the ice cream to the freezer for at least another 30 minutes to firm up.Prepare the condensed milk (if necessary) see the recipe here

Finely chop the dark chocolate using a knife or a food processor.
After 3-4 hours, when the ice cream is partially frozen, remove it from the freezer and stir vigorously with a spatula or immersion blender to break the ice crystals.
Add the chopped dark chocolate to the ice cream and mix well.
Return the ice cream to the freezer for at least another 2 hours, until completely solidified.Once ready, serve the ice cream in individual cups.
