Excellent and super light “snack breakers” the air fryer apple chips, were a delightful discovery a few days ago.
A sweet alternative with zero guilt, truly good!
The only ingredient we need is the apple, of the variety you prefer; of course, the sweeter they are, the more rewarding the result will be since no sugars are added.
This type of all-natural snack, typical of Trentino where this fruit is produced in large quantities, can also be found in bags at the supermarket, but as always, when we make things at home, they have something extra: the love and attention we put into all our preparations.
If you don’t have an air fryer, no worries; apple chips turn out great in the oven too, and I’ll explain how later.
So, if we want to start the year on the right foot, this super practical, quick, and healthy idea is certainly a good start.
