BREAD in CART with ZUCCHINI, ham, and provola with sandwich bread, quick dinner ready in 5 minutes, gooey and crispy, even in an air fryer!
I don’t know about you, but when my daughter is about to return from a trip, like today, coming back from Dublin, I can’t think of anything other than what to cook for her. Something that tastes like home, that makes her smile as soon as she opens the door, but doesn’t require hours of preparation. And so my bread in cart with zucchini, cooked ham, and provola was born: a speedy, modern, and gooey version of the classic Neapolitan bread.
The perfect idea for a quick dinner, tasty and quite light. The best part? You only need a few ingredients, and you can cook it in a pan, in the oven, or in an air fryer. Crispy outside, gooey inside. The mix of grated zucchini and provola is a flavor explosion!
