Ingredients
- 2.8 oz vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanillin
- 5 oz natural plain yogurt
- 1 pinch salt

Steps
Work the eggs, at room temperature, with the sugar for about 7/8 minutes. They should triple in volume.
Add the oil, yogurt, and a pinch of salt and continue to beat for about 2 minutes.
Finally, add the sifted flour with baking powder and vanillin. Beat for another 2 minutes until there are no more lumps.
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan, buttered and floured, and bake for 40 minutes at 356°F.
As desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
