Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 oz almonds
  • 1 tbsp rice flour (to flour the pan)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (to grease the pan)

Steps

  • With the food brush, grease (with a drop of oil) and flour (with rice flour) the basket of the air fryer

  • Peel the apples and cut them into cubes in the immersion blender cup

  • add the whole almonds without removing the skin.

  • Also put the eggs in the cup

  • and the Greek yogurt.

  • Use the immersion blender to reduce everything to a smooth and homogeneous cream.

  • Your quick dessert batter is ready.

  • Pour into the air fryer tray already greased and dusted with rice flour.

  • Cook your dessert for 25 minutes at 356°F

  • Here it is ready, the dessert with only four ingredients. Ensure at the end of cooking if the time is sufficient or if it will need a few more minutes of cooking.
