The preparation is very simple. If you prepare and consume it immediately, the biscuits will remain crunchy, but if consumed a few hours later, the biscuits will become softer, and in this case, the dessert will have a velvety texture.
You can customize this dessert according to your tastes: for example, you can add chopped nuts or chocolate chips. Or you can also add a topping before serving it.

Ingredients
- 8 biscuits
- 7 oz ricotta
- 0.7 oz honey
- 6 oz Greek yogurt (I used stracciatella)

How to Prepare the Ricotta and Yogurt Cream Dessert
In a bowl, place the ricotta, yogurt, and honey. Stir with a spoon until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Take two cups and pour a couple of teaspoons of ricotta and yogurt cream into each cup.
Add a couple of broken biscuits in each cup.
Cover with more ricotta and yogurt cream.
Continue this way until the cups are full.
(The quantity of ingredients varies based on the size of the cups used.)
You can serve the ricotta and yogurt cream dessert immediately, or you can put it in the fridge and let it rest for at least a couple of hours before serving.
