The preparation is very simple. If you prepare and consume it immediately, the biscuits will remain crunchy, but if consumed a few hours later, the biscuits will become softer, and in this case, the dessert will have a velvety texture.

You can customize this dessert according to your tastes: for example, you can add chopped nuts or chocolate chips. Or you can also add a topping before serving it.

  • 7 oz ricotta
  • 0.7 oz honey

How to Prepare the Ricotta and Yogurt Cream Dessert

  • In a bowl, place the ricotta, yogurt, and honey. Stir with a spoon until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.

  • Take two cups and pour a couple of teaspoons of ricotta and yogurt cream into each cup.

  • Add a couple of broken biscuits in each cup.

  • Cover with more ricotta and yogurt cream.

  • Continue this way until the cups are full.

  • (The quantity of ingredients varies based on the size of the cups used.)

  • You can serve the ricotta and yogurt cream dessert immediately, or you can put it in the fridge and let it rest for at least a couple of hours before serving.
