Today I prepared eggs with zucchini in a pan. A light and tasty main dish. It’s very easy to prepare and doesn’t require much time in the kitchen. In fact, it can be prepared in just a few minutes. Steps
Slice the zucchini with the mandoline and sauté them with half a chopped onion.
After 10 minutes, when they have softened, season with salt and add the eggs. Finish cooking and serve.
