- 2 cups Manitoba flour
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 3/4 cup lactose-free milk
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp fine salt
- 3 lactose-free mozzarella cheeses
- to taste tomato sauce
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste dried oregano
- to taste fine salt
Tools for the Soft Pizza in a Tray without Lactose:
- 1 Bowl
- 2 Baking Trays
- 1 Spoon
Steps for Preparing and Baking the Soft Pizza without Lactose:
In the bowl, mix the two flours, add the dry yeast and stir well with a spoon, add the warm water and room temperature lactose-free milk, then when the ingredients start to combine, add the extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Work the mixture until smooth and homogeneous, then cover the bowl with a cloth and let rise until doubled in size (about 3/4 hours, depending on the temperature of your home).
Once the dough has risen, divide it into two parts and place it in the two slightly greased 12×9 inches trays, spread the dough with your hands (if you have difficulty spreading it, let it rest for 15 minutes and then proceed).
In a bowl, put the tomato sauce, salt, extra virgin olive oil, and oregano, mix well and distribute it over the pizza, then add the lactose-free mozzarella cut into pieces and well-dried.
Adjust the salt and add more oregano if desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 20 minutes, until golden brown, take your pizza out and enjoy your meal.
