Breaded Rabbit with Potatoes Cooked in Air Fryer

Breaded rabbit is a recipe I often make, but I hadn’t shared it with you yet. My husband pointed it out the other night when I was preparing it once again. Indeed, it never occurred to me. But if you’re interested, here it is. Super easy and quick recipe, as always. For cooking, I used the air fryer, but you can bake it or fry it. I’ll share other ways I cook rabbit.
