Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 apple (diced)
- 2 tsps baking powder

How to prepare muffins with yogurt and apples
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric beater.
Add the oil and continue mixing.
Also add the yogurt and blend everything well.
Finally, add the flour and baking powder. Mix well while being careful not to create lumps.
Peel an apple, dice it, and add it to the batter. Mix with a spoon.
Take a 6-muffin pan and place paper liners in each cavity. Fill the liners 3/4 full with the batter.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F (180°C) and let cook for about 15 minutes. Please check the cooking time based on your oven.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
