How to Prepare Halloween Chocolate Spiders
1. In the food processor (or Bimby), chop the Oreo® cookies without the filling.
2. Add the ricotta, Oreo filling, coconut, and powdered sugar. Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.4. Shape the mixture into balls with your hands and roll them in the chocolate sprinkles.
5. Cut a licorice wheel into pieces to create the legs.
6. Finish with two pieces of sugar bits for the eyes.
