Today I made gratinated peppers. For convenience, I used my air fryer, but oven cooking works well too. They are very easy to make and very tasty. I love peppers; I could eat them every day. They’re perfect to serve as a side dish. Here are some recipes if you love them as much as I do.

Ingredients
- 2 bull horn peppers
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese
- to taste chopped parsley
- to taste oil and salt

Steps
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Wash the peppers, divide them into 4 parts removing the seeds, and place them in the air fryer basket.
Cover them with the prepared breading, add a drizzle of oil, a pinch of salt, and cook for 15 minutes at 392°F.
Perfect to serve as a side dish or even as an appetizer.
