Ingredients for Quick and Easy Apple Puff Pastries

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 200 g apples (2 apples)
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam

Preparing the Quick and Easy Apple Puff Pastries

  • Unroll the puff pastry and place it on the baking tray, cutting into 6 rectangles. Prick the base with a fork.
    Spread apricot jam in the center, leaving the edges free.
    Peel the apples and cut them into slices not too thin, placing 6/7 on each rectangle.

  • Bake in a hot oven at 356°F for 15/20 minutes.
    Remove from the oven, let them cool slightly, and then finally taste and serve.

Storage and Tips

Store the puff pastries for up to 2 days under a cake dome, although it’s best to enjoy them fresh as they lose crispiness.

You can replace the jam with custard.
