Ingredients
For the shortcrust
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tbsps coffee
- 9 oz mascarpone
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 3 tbsps sugar
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 eggs

How to prepare the coffee cheesecake tart
First, prepare the shortcrust. In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, and oil.
Mix with a spoon.
Add the flour and baking powder. Start mixing with the spoon, then continue kneading by hand until a compact dough is obtained.
Lastly, add and incorporate the chocolate chips. Set the shortcrust aside for a moment.
For the filling, put in a bowl: coffee, mascarpone, cream cheese, and sugar. Mix with a spoon.
Add the eggs and chocolate chips. Mix everything well.
With the obtained shortcrust, cover a 9.5-inch high-edged pan previously lined with parchment paper.
Pour the filling into the shortcrust shell.
If you like, add small dollops of Nutella on the surface of the cake and swirl with the tip of a knife for a marbled effect.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 35/40 minutes. Please check the baking times according to your oven.
Remove from the oven and let the cake cool completely, then place it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Serve yourself.

You can store the coffee cheesecake tart in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
