Ingredients

For the shortcrust

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsps coffee
  • 9 oz mascarpone
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tbsps sugar
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs

How to prepare the coffee cheesecake tart

  • First, prepare the shortcrust. In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, and oil.

  • Mix with a spoon.

  • Add the flour and baking powder. Start mixing with the spoon, then continue kneading by hand until a compact dough is obtained.

  • Lastly, add and incorporate the chocolate chips. Set the shortcrust aside for a moment.

  • For the filling, put in a bowl: coffee, mascarpone, cream cheese, and sugar. Mix with a spoon.

  • Add the eggs and chocolate chips. Mix everything well.

  • With the obtained shortcrust, cover a 9.5-inch high-edged pan previously lined with parchment paper.

  • Pour the filling into the shortcrust shell.

  • If you like, add small dollops of Nutella on the surface of the cake and swirl with the tip of a knife for a marbled effect.

  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 35/40 minutes. Please check the baking times according to your oven.

  • Remove from the oven and let the cake cool completely, then place it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

  • Serve yourself.

Storage

You can store the coffee cheesecake tart in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
