Panna cotta with dark chocolate

Panna cotta with dark chocolate. A fresh, creamy, and delicious dessert. Very easy to prepare.

Making panna cotta at home is very simple: you’ll make both adults and children happy. Usually, panna cotta is served with a chocolate sauce. The sauce remains thick but fluid and does not solidify.

The dark chocolate solidifies, but I wanted to try this version after visiting a yogurt shop. Let me explain. A few nights ago, I went out to get yogurt at a local yogurt shop and asked to add chocolate sauce. At this point, I was asked: do you prefer liquid sauce or chocolate that solidifies? Having never tried it, I chose the second option. As soon as the chocolate sauce was added to the yogurt, it solidified, forming a super delicious crunchy chocolate layer. From there, the idea of trying the panna cotta with dark chocolate.

Of course, if you prefer the sauce, you can use it. If you don’t know how to make it at home, you can buy ready-made chocolate syrup. Besides panna cotta, you can use it on ice cream, yogurt, cheesecake, pancakes… whatever you like.

But let’s see right away how to prepare the panna cotta with dark chocolate.
