Steps

  • Wash the vegetables, dice them and sauté with oil and salt until soft.

  • Meanwhile, boil the linguine in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package.

  • In a bowl, mix the egg with the grated cheese.

  • When the linguine is cooked, add it to the vegetables and mix. Add the egg with the cheese and continue to mix.

  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
