How to Prepare Poured Cake with Dark Chocolate
First, prepare the filling. In a small pot, add the chopped dark chocolate, milk, and butter. Move to the stove and let the chocolate melt while stirring continuously.
Turn off the stove and add the mascarpone. Mix everything well with a whisk.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator, and in the meantime, prepare the cake.
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer.
Add the oil and mix everything well.
Add the potato starch, flour, and baking powder. Mix with the electric mixer, being careful not to create lumps.
Add the chopped dark chocolate and mix everything well.
Pour half of the obtained batter into a 9.5-inch previously buttered and floured mold, and bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F. Let it cook for about 15 minutes.
Take the chocolate mixture from the refrigerator and add an egg. Mix.
Remove the cake from the oven and put the chocolate mixture into the mold. Level it and cover with the remaining batter. Bake for another 15/20 minutes. Please verify the cooking times based on your oven by doing the toothpick test.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and store in the refrigerator until serving.
If you like, before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
