Fresh crumble with apples. A delicious simple and quick tart to prepare: perfect for breakfast, a snack, or as a dessert after a meal.
The crumble is very easy to prepare. Its name reminds us of its characteristic: the topping made of crunchy and crumbly crumbs.
For this recipe, I thought of a summer version, as I chose a creamy filling. If you keep it in the refrigerator, the crumble will stay fresh, making it perfect to enjoy even on hot summer days.
The fresh apple crumble stays soft and moist inside, and crunchy on the outside. In short, it is truly delicious. I used apples, but you can choose another fruit of your choice.
But let’s see right away how to prepare the fresh apple crumble.

How to Prepare the Fresh Apple Crumble
In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Mix with a spoon.
Add the eggs and oil. Mix with a spoon to combine the eggs, then add the chopped chocolate.
At this point, mix by hand. The dough should remain sandy, but the ingredients should be well combined. Set aside for a moment and prepare the filling.
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Mix with a fork.
Add the cocoa and rum. Mix everything well. You should obtain a homogeneous cream. Finally, add the apple pieces and chopped chocolate. Mix everything well.
Pour half of the dough into a 9.5-inch mold, previously buttered and floured. (If you prefer, you can line the mold with parchment paper).
Gently press the dough with your hands and try to form a small edge.
Add the ricotta and apple cream and level well.
Cover with the remaining crumbs.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F and let it cook for about 35 minutes. Be sure to check the cooking time based on your oven. The surface should be golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let it cool completely, and then remove the crumble from the mold.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Before serving, if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
