- 1 Pastry Board
- 1 Knife

Steps for Preparing and Baking Glazed Pastries:
In a bowl, place the powdered sugar and egg white, using a whisk or spoon mix the two ingredients well until a fairly thick mixture is obtained.
Put the apricot jam in a blender and blend it well, then put it in a sieve and strain it, it should be smooth and without pieces.
Roll out the puff pastry on a pastry board with the long side towards you, using a sharp knife or cutter cut it in half vertically, then cut horizontal strips 1 inch or thicker 1.5 inches depending on the size you want for your pastries, we made them 1 inch.
If you increase the size, fewer will come out.
Transfer the puff pastry strips to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, place them slightly apart from one another.
Brush the glaze over the pastries applying an even layer.
Take the jam and blend it well, then pass it again through a fine-mesh sieve and put it in a piping bag, then make a small hole in the piping bag and on each pastry make many V’s close to each other.
Transfer the glazed pastries to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for about 15 minutes, until golden.
Let the glazed pastries cool before consuming them.
