Quick Spaghetti with Creamy Zucchini

Okay, we all understood it, I love zucchini!!!! I would eat them every day. Of course, I’m also lucky to have them in the garden because these days even zucchini are expensive. Today I prepared a very simple pasta, but having some béchamel in the fridge I decided to make it a little different from usual. Curious?? Read below!! Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz smoked pancetta
  • 1 zucchini
  • to taste oil & salt
  • 7 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons béchamel

Tools

  • Frying Pan
  • Pasta Pot

Steps

  • In a frying pan, brown the pancetta for a few minutes, add the diced zucchini and cook for 10 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti for the time indicated on the package.

    Once cooked al dente, add them to the zucchini and mix, making everything creamier by adding the béchamel.

  • Mix well and serve.
