Okay, we all understood it, I love zucchini!!!! I would eat them every day. Of course, I’m also lucky to have them in the garden because these days even zucchini are expensive. Today I prepared a very simple pasta, but having some béchamel in the fridge I decided to make it a little different from usual. Curious?? Read below!! Ingredients
- 1.75 oz smoked pancetta
- 1 zucchini
- to taste oil & salt
- 7 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons béchamel

Steps
In a frying pan, brown the pancetta for a few minutes, add the diced zucchini and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti for the time indicated on the package.
Once cooked al dente, add them to the zucchini and mix, making everything creamier by adding the béchamel.
Mix well and serve.
