Do you want to make your own Chocolates filled with Sour Cherries to celebrate your Valentine’s Day? First, get a silicone mold; many are available in various shapes. The most suitable ones are heart-shaped. Then, you need some good chocolate and something to place inside. I chose to include syruped sour cherries (pitted). You don’t need to be a master chocolatier; they are artists, but we can impress in our small way. Before heading to the kitchen with our mold, read this beautiful poem by Jacques Prévert . . .
Love each other from now
Love each other from now and don’t pretend, love each other immediately, and when the time comes, part as good lovers and then find each other again if your heart tells you so as good friends for a long time in life.

Steps
Break the white and dark chocolate into pieces in two different bowls. Place them in a pot with two fingers of boiling water and stir to melt while keeping in a double boiler. I always put a lid for jars under the bowls so they do not come into contact with the bottom. During this operation, be careful that no drops of water fall into the chocolate. Once melted, mix well and leave it in the double boiler. Prepare the silicone mold well washed and dried. To fill the forms, decide whether to use cones made with parchment paper or, as I did, do everything with a teaspoon. If your mold is like this, with decorations, wait for the chocolate to dry between one color and another.
Place a syruped sour cherry in the middle of the mold on the cold base and finish covering with more chocolate, playing with the contrast. Put the mold in the fridge for a few hours. Unmold the chocolates filled with sour cherries and happy Valentine’s Day.
