How to Prepare Air Fryer Fried Bell Peppers
First, wash the bell pepper. Remove the stem and seeds. Cut it into strips and place them in a bowl.
Add two tablespoons of oil and mix well to coat all the strips.
Place the pepper inside the air fryer basket or, if you prefer, put a sheet of parchment paper as I did. If you want to check out the sheets I used, click here.
Set at 392°F (200°C) for 15 minutes. After the first 5 minutes of cooking, stir. If you want to check out my fryer, you can find it here.
At the end of cooking, place the pepper on a plate and adjust the salt.
