Super Fast Summer Bean Salad

What better time for a beautiful and delicious bean salad?? I usually use butter beans, but borlotti are also delicious!! With big salads, you can play around with flavors, and I love mixing flavors, almost always resulting in very tasty salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 package canned butter beans
  • Half white onion
  • 1 few large tomato
  • to taste salt
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 oz canned tuna in water

Tools

  • Knife

Steps

  • Pour all the ingredients cut into small pieces (except the beans) into a bowl, and the onion cut into julienne.

    Add oil and salt and mix. Let it rest in the fridge before serving.
