Super Easy Tiramisu Truffles

The super easy tiramisu truffles are delicious and soft pastries, they are no-bake and made with only 4 ingredients. Tiramisu is my favorite spoon dessert, so after making various recipes, like white chocolate tiramisu or strawberry, I thought, why not try making the truffle recipe as well? It was a wonderful idea because my husband and son loved them, plus the recipe is easy and quick, they are prepared in no time and are perfect for after dinner or a coffee break. So if we need to prepare a last-minute dessert, this is the one to make, save the recipe and the video recipe and let’s prepare them together!

See you soon, Susy.

Ingredients for Super Easy Tiramisu Truffles

  • 8.8 oz mascarpone
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 4.2 oz ladyfingers
  • 1.7 tbsp coffee
  • as needed unsweetened cocoa powder

Tools

  • Bowl
  • Cupcake Liners
  • Spatula

Preparing the Super Easy Tiramisu Truffles

  • In a food processor, grind the ladyfingers into a flour and set aside.

In a bowl, using a spatula, work the powdered sugar and mascarpone into a creamy mixture. Add the coffee and the ground ladyfingers, and using the spatula, mix well to form a nice dense and homogenous dough. Cover the bowl with a silicone food cover or plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

Take the bowl with a spoon and scoop some dough, roll it between your hands like a small meatball and roll it in the unsweetened cocoa powder, then place it in the cupcake liner. Let the tiramisu truffles cool in the refrigerator until ready to serve. They are super delicious.

Storage

You can store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for a couple of days.
