Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 10 tablespoons Nutella®
  • as needed milk (for brushing)
  • as needed vanilla powdered sugar

How to Make Nutella Puff Pastry Pockets

  • Unroll the puff pastry, then use a knife to divide the pastry into 8 rectangles;

  • Then on one half of each rectangle, place a tablespoon of Nutella spreading it a bit but not too much over the other half, then make 3 small cuts on the opposite side.

  • Fold the other part of the rectangle over itself to close the pocket, then use a fork to seal the edges well.

  • Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush them with milk. Bake your pockets at 482°F (250°C) for 12-15 minutes. If you like, sprinkle them with plenty of powdered sugar.
