Ingredients
- 1.3 lbs potatoes
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsps milk
- 1 tsp curry
- 1/4 white onion
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Peel the potatoes and cut them into similar-sized cubes.
Put them in a pot with salted water and cook until they become tender but not mushy. Drain and set aside.
Finely chop the white onion and sauté in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Add the boiled potatoes, curry, and milk. Stir and cook for a few minutes until the milk is absorbed.
Add breadcrumbs, season with salt, and sauté for about two minutes.
