- 14 oz canned lentils
- 4 potatoes
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt

Steps
Let’s start by preparing the potatoes: peel them, cut them into cubes, and boil them in hot water until tender. Drain them and set them aside.
Drain the lentils and rinse them under running water. Once drained, put them in a bowl along with the cooled potatoes.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them into 4 parts, and add them to the rest of the ingredients.
Season with oil, salt, and black pepper (optional) and gently mix.
