Pan-fried asparagus is a simple yet tasty side dish, easy and quick to prepare.
This dish is perfect to accompany second courses like meat, fish, eggs, but also legumes or even a simple plain rice.
Asparagus is a spring vegetable, but I personally never give up on this dish and in winter I use frozen ones. Just remember to defrost them before cooking.
