STUFFED BACON AND PROVOLA PIZZA in a pan, easy and fast, without rising, perfect idea for dinner ready in 10 minutes.
If you love pizza but don’t have the time (or desire) to wait hours for it to rise, this quick stuffed pizza in a pan is for you! It is prepared in a few minutes with a no-rise dough, ready immediately, perfect for a tasty dinner or a savory snack different from the usual.
The filling? Super delicious! I chose streaky bacon and melty provola, a combination that always works. But you can also use speck, salami, cooked ham, mozzarella or whatever you have in the fridge. The dough is made with flour, water, and instant yeast, no long waits and very little effort.
Cook everything in a pan or in the air fryer or oven, the result will still be a pizza that’s crispy on the outside and soft inside. A no-oven recipe, perfect even in summer! If you’re looking for a pan pizza without rising, easy and tasty, try it: you’ll fall in love with it.
