2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsps vegetable oil
2 tsps baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsps Nutella®

Easy and Delicious Skillet Cake

In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Pour in the milk and oil, then start mixing first with a fork and then with your hands.
Try to obtain a smooth and well-combined dough.
Divide the dough in half and roll it out with a rolling pin.
At this point, fill one part with Nutella.
Close with the other disc, making sure to seal the edges well.
Cook the cake in a skillet over low heat with the lid on and a piece of parchment paper underneath.
Turn halfway through the cooking time, it will take about 7 minutes. As a final step, if you like, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
