Flourless Ricotta Muffins. Simple and quick treats to prepare: perfect to enjoy at any time of the day.
The flourless ricotta muffins are gluten-free treats that are simple and super quick to make. The ingredients needed to make them are only 5. You just need to mix all the ingredients in a bowl and they will be ready to bake. I baked them in an air fryer, but you can also bake them in an oven.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sugar
- to taste chocolate chips
- to taste Nutella®
Tools
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Spoon
- 2 Teaspoons
- 4 Muffin Cups
How to make flourless ricotta muffins.
In a bowl, combine the ricotta and sugar. Mix with a spoon.
Add the egg and mix.
Finally, add the cornstarch and chocolate chips. Stir with the spoon.
Cook in an air fryer at 340°F for about 14 minutes. (For oven cooking: preheated static oven at 355°F for about 20 minutes). If you want to take a look at my air fryer, you can find it here.
Once ready, remove them from the molds and while still warm, add 1/2 teaspoons of Nutella on top.
Let them cool down and feel free to serve.
