The seven-jar strawberry cake is a very simple cake to prepare: it’s perfect for breakfast and snack. Loved by everyone: adults and children.
It is a butter-free cake, yet super delicious. You don’t need a scale to prepare it, just a 125-gram yogurt cup.

Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt (strawberry)
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 3/4 oz limoncello
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1/3 cup chocolate (chopped)
- 6 strawberries

- 1 Baking pan
- 1 Spoon
How to prepare the seven-jar strawberry cake
In a bowl, add the yogurt, eggs, and sugar. Mix with a whisk or electric mixer.
Add the flour and mix.
Add the sunflower oil and limoncello. Mix with the whisk. (You can replace limoncello with another liqueur or omit it)
Finally, add the baking powder. Mix with the whisk, being careful to avoid lumps.
Add the chopped chocolate and strawberry pieces. Mix with a spoon.
Pour the batter into a previously buttered and floured 8-inch baking pan.
If you like, add more chocolate shavings on top.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 355°F. Let it bake for about 35/40 minutes. Please check the baking times according to your oven.
Remove from oven, let cool, and dust with powdered sugar if you like.
