How to Make Zucchini Rolls with Ham and Philadelphia
Start by washing the zucchinis, then trim the ends.
Using a large-holed grater, grate the zucchinis.
Squeeze them well and place them in a bowl, then add salt, eggs, and Parmesan cheese.
Mix the ingredients in the bowl and then pour them into a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil.
At the end of cooking, take the frittata while still warm and spread Philadelphia cheese on top.
Also fill with cooked ham and roll it up tightly.
Cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.
Before serving, cut it into slices and secure with toothpicks.
Storing the Zucchini Rolls with Ham and Philadelphia
