Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 2.8 oz cream cheese

How to Make Zucchini Rolls with Ham and Philadelphia

  • Start by washing the zucchinis, then trim the ends.

  • Using a large-holed grater, grate the zucchinis.

  • Squeeze them well and place them in a bowl, then add salt, eggs, and Parmesan cheese.

  • Mix the ingredients in the bowl and then pour them into a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil.

  • At the end of cooking, take the frittata while still warm and spread Philadelphia cheese on top.

  • Also fill with cooked ham and roll it up tightly.

  • Cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.

  • Before serving, cut it into slices and secure with toothpicks.
