Ingredients

For the filling

  • 9 oz ricotta
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • to taste chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp Nutella®
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

  • 2 Teaspoons
  • 1 Spoon

How to Prepare the Creamy Heart Bundt Cake

  • First, prepare the filling. In a bowl, put the ricotta, sugar, Nutella, and chocolate chips to your liking. Mix with a spoon until you get a homogeneous cream. Set aside for a moment.

  • In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Mix with the electric mixer until the mixture is frothy.

  • Add the milk and oil. Mix with the electric mixer.

  • Add the flour and baking powder. Mix everything well, being careful not to create lumps.

  • Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spoon.

  • Pour the obtained mixture into a 9.5-inch bundt cake pan previously buttered and floured. My pan doesn’t need to be buttered or floured. If you want to take a look, you can find it here.

  • Using two teaspoons, add the ricotta cream on top of the cake, making small dollops.

  • Bake in a preheated oven, static at 350°F, and let it cook for about 35/40 minutes. Make sure to check the cooking times based on your oven.

  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve.
