Mini yogurt cheesecakes are spoon desserts that are easy to make and absolutely delicious. Perfect if you have guests because they are single-serving, these are made without a cookie base, and just with yogurt cream, making them a real delight! Once cooked, they are topped with a generous spoon of Nutella and chopped hazelnuts; if you don’t like this version, you can opt for the berry version.

Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 9 oz cheese (Philadelphia or Mascarpone)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons Nutella®
- 2/3 oz chopped hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons berry jam

How to Make Mini Yogurt Cheesecakes
In a large bowl, add the eggs and sugar.
Use a whisk to mix vigorously, then add the yogurt.
Now add the Philadelphia and continue mixing.
Finally, incorporate the flour and mix again.
Pour the prepared mixture into the muffin tins, previously buttered and floured.
Bake your mini cheesecakes in the oven at 338°F for 25 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely!
As a final step, decorate some with jam and a lemon slice, and others with nutella and chopped hazelnuts.
How to Store Mini Yogurt Cheesecakes
Mini yogurt cheesecakes can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended.
