Preparation of Peach and Melon Ice Cream with Condensed Milk

  • Remove waste parts from melon and peaches (after washing and leaving the skin), cut them into large chunks, place them in a freezer bag, and freeze overnight.

  • The next morning, take the frozen fruit out of the freezer and put it in the food processor, run it for 2/3 minutes (or longer) until you get a smooth and well-chopped mixture, pour everything into a steel bowl.

  • Add the condensed milk to the fruit, mix well to combine everything, and pour into an ice cream container, place in the freezer.

  • After 30 minutes, take the container, mix everything again, and put it back in the freezer, wait another 30 minutes and repeat the operation by mixing and again in the freezer for 30 minutes, and again take out the ice cream and mix, a total of 4 steps, easier to do than to write!

  • After the last mix, let the ice cream rest in the freezer until ready to consume, to serve you can use an ice cream scoop or a regular kitchen spoon and some ice cream bowls or dramatic cups.
