- 2 cups cup fresh whipping cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar (if you don't use already sweetened cream)
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder

How to Make Coffee Cream
To prepare a good coffee cream, put the cream in the freezer for at least 15 minutes because it needs to be very fresh.
In the meantime, make the coffee (it doesn’t matter if it’s from a moka or a machine) then let it cool.
Take a plastic or glass bottle (as long as it holds at least 1.5 liters.) with the help of a funnel pour in the sugar, the coffee, and the very fresh cream.
Close with the cap and shake well, serve your coffee cream immediately in cups with a nice sprinkle of cocoa.
Preservation of Bottle Coffee Cream
Coffee cream is one of those recipes that cannot be preserved, once made it must be consumed within a few hours.
